The Refinery does not follow fads, quick fixes, or aggressive programs that lead to burnout. Instead, every client experience is grounded in evidence-based training, behavioral psychology, & highly personalized coaching designed to integrate seamlessly into real life.

Every session is private & tailored to the client’s unique goals, physical needs, & personal history.
